-
White circles: go straight
The loop must pass straight through a white circle. Additionally, the loop must turn in at least one of the two cells immediately before or after the circle.
-
Black circles: turn here
The loop must make a 90° turn at a black circle. Additionally, the loop must go straight in both cells immediately before and after the black circle.
-
Chain constraints from circles
Each circle forces behavior in the cells around it. Start with circles near corners or edges where fewer options exist, then chain the forced segments outward.
-
The loop is one single path
The complete loop visits every circle and forms a single closed path with no branches or dead ends. If a segment would close a small disconnected loop, it's wrong.
Put It Into Practice
The best way to improve is to play regularly. Start with an easy puzzle and apply these techniques one at a time.
