How to Play Pipes
Rotate pipe segments to create a single connected network from the source to all endpoints. No loops allowed.
Try it now — Easy 7x7 →The Rules
- Click pipe tiles to rotate them and connect all pipe ends
- Every pipe endpoint must connect to another endpoint — no dead ends allowed
- There must be no loops — the network forms a single tree
- All tiles must be part of the connected network
Available in 3 sizes (5x5, 7x7, 10x10) and 3 difficulty levels (easy, normal, hard).
See It in Action
Click tiles to rotate them until all pipe ends connect into one network
How to Play
- Find edge and corner tiles — they have the fewest valid orientations, so lock those first
- Trace from locked tiles inward, rotating each adjacent tile to match the incoming connection
- A straight pipe at the grid edge must point inward along the edge — fix those immediately
- Work inward from all fixed border tiles to resolve ambiguous center tiles
Pro Tips
Straight pipes at the grid edge can only point along the edge — identify and fix these first
Corner tiles (L-shaped) only have four orientations — eliminate the ones that point off-screen
Think about which pipes must connect given the overall network structure before rotating anything
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you play Pipes?
