Black cells are fixed — work around them
Black cells are given. Each numbered black cell tells you how many of its orthogonal neighbors contain triangles. Use this to determine which neighbors hold triangles.

White areas must form right triangles
Each white area (non-black region) must be exactly covered by right-triangle halves. Triangles in adjacent cells must combine into complete rectangles.

Triangle direction locks neighbors
If a NE triangle is placed, the cell to its right or above it likely needs a complementary triangle to complete a rectangle. Trace these pairings.

Use clue 0 and max clue
A clue of 0 means no neighbors hold triangles — mark all neighbors as empty black halves. A clue of 4 means all four neighbors contain triangles.
